Support Ticketing System

TicketAtlantis International has installed an online support ticketing system (SmarterTicket) in order to better serve our current and future customers. This system will accept requests via E-mail or through an online web interface. All requests will be assigned a unique ticket number for tracking purposes. All correspondence and even ticket resolutions are permanently stored and can be searched for future reference.

Advanced Anti-Spam Server in Beta

SpamIn an effort to reduce SPAM mail received by our customers, Atlantis International is beta testing a new advanced anti-spam E-mail server. This new server filters on numerous criterias. Early tests show a decline of SPAM by 80-95%. We hope to have the new server fully online for all our customers in March, 2004. This service will be FREE to all Atlantis International customers who choose to have their E-mail filtered.

If you would like to be included in the beta testing of the server, please send an E-mail to Postmaster@AtlantisNet.com requesting your domain name to be added to the Advanced IMGate server.
