Forward E-mail to Another Address

If you would like to forward your E-mail to another E-mail address (or addresses), you may do so by logging into our WebMail system. Once logged in, click on the "Options and Styles..." drop down menu. Select "- Forwarding". In the "My Forwarding Address" textbox, enter the E-mail address you would like your E-mail sent to.

You may enter a single E-mail address or multiple addresses.

user1@isp.com

Multiple addresses should be separated with a comma (,). For example, if you want to forward your E-mail to 2 recipients enter:

user1@isp.com,user2@company.com

You may also forward your E-mail to another address and keep a local copy as well. In the textbox enter a dot (.) followed by a comma (,) followed by the E-mail address you want your messages sent to. The dot (.) at the beginning tells the server to keep a local copy in the mailbox and the comma (,) separates the dot from the forwarding to E-mail address.

.,user2@company.com

After you enter your information in the textbox, click on the "SAVE" button. You may now logout of the WebMail system.
